French Wine & Cheese for The Holidays!

Hi guys, happy December! I am definitely a bit late to the game in terms of holiday planning, but luckily I was able to throw my party shoes on and get things together to create a nice holiday spread for my friends and family last weekend. For our selection we decide to go more french this year and choose a selection of George Duboeuf and Légende wines along with some incredible Ile de France cheese. It was nice to branch outside our normal California comfort zone and we found all of these french wines and cheeses to be extremely delightful!

Introducing The Middle Series with Who What Wear for Target!

Happy Tuesday guys! For those of you who follow me on social media, I’m excited to announce that the big day has finally arrived. I’ve been talking for a while now about my new blog series, and I am so happy to finally have things ready to share. The Middle as I’ve decided to call it, will be a fashion based series for all the girls out there who are stuck in the middle. What do I consider the middle? Let me break it down for you.

Seaspice, Miami

Happy November guys! Back in October we were lucky enough to get a huge extension of Miami Spice month. We can partially thank Hurricane Irma for that, but needless to say we took full advantage. One of the last spice meals we enjoyed was at none other than Seaspice. Seaspice is located in a very cool industrial area on the river in Miami. It has a panorama style dining area that opens up right onto the water and you can literally watch ships pass by you while you dine. Here’s a look at a few of our selections!

Miami Spice Menu:

Watercress Salad – Roasted corn, cucumber vinaigrette, myoga ginger

Gruyere Cheese Soufflé – Tomato jam / basil oil

Tuna Poke – Watermelon/ dragon fruit / chili ponzu / hijiki

Pan Seared Local Red Snapper Filet – Cauliflower / Marcona almonds / blistered grapes, Agra dolce sauce

Peaches and Champagne – Caramelized peaches / champagne sabayon / almond cake

Overall I would go back here in HEARTBEAT for dinner. The food was amazing, the view was even better, and the service was top notch.

MIA to SFO with Delsey Paris Luggage

Happy Sunday guys! Tonight I’m writing you from my bed, totally exhausted with a glass of wine in hand. This past week has been a whirlwind of work events, flights, dinners and more. I flew to San Francisco about a week ago for a work event and had the best time. As you can imagine tho, packing for a week when you have both work and pleasure in mind can be challenging. Normally I’m not a huge fan of checking my luggage but for this trip I knew I had to do it. Luckily this trip lined up perfectly with a very exciting collaboration with Delsey Paris Luggage!

As a Delsey Paris Brand Ambassador, I’ll be sharing some of my top luggage choices from their collection over the next few months. To get things started I had to go big and decided on the CHÂTELET HARD + in a 28″ size. This is a seriously beautiful suitcase, definitely the nicest one I have ever owned! Check out how much I was able to pack into this beauty for my week in SF:

This suitcase really was the perfect way to go for my latest travel adventure. It came with 2 duster style bags which I used for some of my new leather boots (no scuffs please!) and a matching red hanger. The zippers within the bag are super high quality and the bag rolls with incredible ease. Overall it’s really a spectacular piece of luggage and I’m considering getting the same exact one, just in a smaller size so that I can have a matching carry on!

What do you guys look for in that perfect piece of luggage? Let me know in the comments below or on Instagram!
